Frozen pound cake (family size)
Small box (4 serving size) of vanilla instant pudding
3/4 cup milk
1-1/2 cups cool whip
1/4 cup orange juice
Strawberries (sliced), raspberries and either blackberries or blueberries
Whisk pudding and milk together until well blended. Stir in 1 cup of cool whip.
Slice cake horizontally into 3 sections.
On bottom layer, brush with half of the orange juice.
Place about a cup of strawberries and raspberries on top. Then half of the pudding mixture.
Repeat with next layer.
Place third layer on top. Spoon 1/2 cup cool whip and place additional berries on top.
Refrigerate at least 4 hours. Yum!
